Hello,
I am facing an issue when trying to access the Pioreactor API to retrieve real-time data from my bioreactor setup. I have set up the API endpoint as per the documentation; but I am getting an error message: Error 401: Unauthorized Access. I have rechecked my API key and ensured it has the correct permissions. 
Has anyone else faced this issue ; have any suggestions on what might be going wrong? I have checked https://docs.pioreactor.com/user-guide/common-questions-) documentation guide but still need help .
Could it be related to the recent software update ; a possible plugin conflict?
