Hello,
I was running my second yeast growth run in the 40mL version. I made sure to have 2 ports well above the solution level.
I checked on the pioreactor every 30 min and after about 3 hours I discovered a lot of solution on the cap and it had overflowed down into the HAT and raspberry pi. Both are dead sadly with considerable corrosion and damage already visible.
I don’t really know what else I could have done to prevent this?
I am reluctant to shell out for a replacement HAT + shipping and a new pi etc. without understanding how to prevent it from just happening again.

Thanks,
Al

Hi,
I’d appreciate it if you can provide me the information as well.
Or is there a 3D-printable design that can redirect overflowing liquid to another container?
Thanks,
