Thanks for all of the advice. We have run the profile you created for us and it appears to be working well. We are still getting incorrect warnings about the volume of the vial (see below), but are choosing to ignore these for now to continue testing with our bioreactors. The warnings have continued even after a fresh install of the custom OS, pump calibrations, and testing on several new experiments.
