Hi everyone, I am wondering how all of you autoclave the parts for the Pioreactor. I have a cluster of 5 and I feel like it is a lot of work how I am doing it at the moment, so for example is it possible to autoclave the pump heads as a whole or do I need to take out the silicone tube? How do you clean all the silicone tubes in general, I was thinking of letting something like bacillol or incidin run though all of it, then water, then sending it off for autoclaving…do you leave the lurer locks screwed to the tubes then or do you take them off? I am working with pathogenic bacteria and it seems to be a bit of a huzzle to me right now how to get everything sterile…happy for suggestions and tips!
