I encountered a CLI error on Friday or Saturday and wrote down some notes about the issue. Just getting around to posting it now. I added some notes in brackets in the recent event log.
I’m currently running Pioreactor version 23.2.8.dev btw, haven’t yet updated it to 23.2.17
Was running chemostat automation, stirring, growth rate, optical density, and thermometer automation. I clicked [Stop All Activity] on pioreactor.local/pioreactors when the CLI error popped up. I tried again and got another error. I was able to circumvent this issue by pressing [Manage] on Pioreactor1, and then turning off all the jobs/automations individually.
I then attempted to replicate the issue. I started the stirring job and then attempted to end it by pressing [Stop All Activity]. I got the same error message. I then went to pioreactor1.local/pioreactors and again attempted [Stop All Activity]. I got the same CLI error about being unable to connect to unit pioreactor1.
