I’m working with turbidostat data and would like to better define dilution segments during analysis. The dosing_automation_events file currently only provides the timestamp for when a dosing event ends. It would be very useful if the file also included a timestamp for when each event starts.
This would mirror the structure of dosing_events—but without the extra detail of individual media additions and removals. Having both start and end times for each automated dilution would make it much easier to accurately exclude these periods from growth-rate calculations. Maybe I am mistaken and there is already this starting of dosing_automation_event as well, which would already solve my problem!
