Error with stirring

Hi Developers,
I was setting up a new Pioreactor, but during self test, an error message showed up as shown below. Also, during experiment, error messages with stirring would show up.

I tried re-assembling the hardware and re-installing the software. Neither helped. Any idea?

Do you recall what those messages said?

Thanks a lot! I tightened the screws to get the fan closer to the heating unit, and the problem is gone!
