I’m going to modify the reactor setup. I would like a larger volume and play with anaerobic conditions. I’m looking at glas vials. Is it this type of vials that’s compatible with your system?

Yes, that looks correct. That link also links to the 40ml vials that also fit: Screw neck N 24–Vials and caps–MACHEREY-NAGEL | MACHEREY-NAGEL Note that this will rise above the Pioreactor’s vial holder.
