We finished calibrating the OD600 and now when trying to turn on the growth rate measurements for our GFP transformed E.coli cells, we are getting the following error. We are also getting the same error when turning the calibration off. What should we do?

That error suggest that the OD readings are constant - but they really shouldn’t be. There will always be a bit of noise. A constant OD usually means some problem with the calibration or the sensor.
Can you share what your ODs look like? Also can you email us your exported Logs for this experiment to us at info@pioreactor.com?
we are not getting the same error anymore and accidentally deleted the experiment, but if we run into the same error, I will share it with you. Thanks for response though!
