Last Self Test Faililng for Stirring Re: "Test positive correlation between rpm and stirring"

Hello,
I was able to pass all self tests (needed to add a bit of milk to get IR LED test passed) except for one - the test for “Stirring RPM is Responsive”. I can hear what sounds like the stir bar stirring about and it does not sound like a scraping noise to me - any advice on what I can try next?

Hm, is the fan spinning at all when the failing test is running? You should be able to see it spin, or poke a stick in there to check.

The fan definitely spins, here is a video
Any advice for next steps?

Yes its definitely running. The most likely next step would be to try to raise the fan to be closer to the sensor above it.

Try screwing in the four M3 30mm screws at the bottom of the top-faceplate more. This will move the fan (and magnets) slightly closer to the sensor.

We have some more docs on stirring troubleshooting here, too.

I got an error trying to post multiple images, so I just sent an email to hello@pioreactor.com. Would appreciate if you can reply via email and I am happy to get on a Zoom call also if it helps debug what is going on.
Thanks for your help so far.

Responded! For future users, the issue is likely two missing screws securing the heater PCB to the vial holder.
