I’m writing because I’ve just “moved” to a new lab. I work with a cluster of 16 Pioreactors, and I’d love to hear how you all organize your setups…especially to keep everything as tidy and manageable as possible.
I was thinking about buying a rack, placing the power supplies on the bottom and the Pioreactors on top, but I wanted to check first if anyone has other tips or tricks.

We use these very handy holders to slot together the pioreactor and pumps. These then go in a server rack, which allow us to pull out trays to work with arrays of pioreactors. There is a power cable for each tray. We use cable ties to make sure all the tubing and cables don’t get confused or caught in the wires, and label everything. It sounds similar to the setup you’re thinking about and works pretty well!
