Bringing back an old topic, but does anyone know if there is any way/conversion that can be applied to the Pioreactor to get readings of NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity Units)?

Hi Curro, there’s no direct conversion. You would need to calibrate the OD readings in the Pioreactor to get NTU. The NTU standards can be purchased (or perhaps made in the lab from some protocol)
