Hello,
I was running my second yeast growth run in the 40mL version. I made sure to have 2 ports well above the solution level.
I checked on the pioreactor every 30 min and after about 3 hours I discovered a lot of solution on the cap and it had overflowed down into the HAT and raspberry pi. Both are dead sadly with considerable corrosion and damage already visible.
I don’t really know what else I could have done to prevent this?
I am reluctant to shell out for a replacement HAT + shipping and a new pi etc. without understanding how to prevent it from just happening again.
