Is there anyway to quickly export the charts/graphs that are shown in the UI? I know I can get the full data logs and plot them in my favorite software, but for quick logging (such as in a lab enotebook) it would also be nice to quickly export the graphs.

this was added in the latest 25.11.12 release. Charts, including calibration charts, are exportable:
