Hi there!
I keep running into an during experiments where the active workers seem to switch to a ‘Lost’ status every few minutes for the automations I have running (see picture).
I found a ‘workaround’ by adding a section to the experiment profile that tries to turn these on again every 15 minutes, which does seem to work to stop the vials cooling too long, for example - but this generates a lot of error messages as that section of the profile obviously gets skipped by the workers that aren’t in ‘Lost’ status.
I’d like to figure out how to stop them getting Lost in the first place - I’ve tried just connected everything by ethernet to the same router as the leader in the hope it would prevent this - but that doesn’t seem to work. Any ideas?
(also don’t know if this is related or not, but I keep getting an API failed error message when navigating through the UI - along the lines of: pioreactor-leader-api failed in leader Exception on /api/settings/descriptors [GET] Traceback (most recent call last): ...
