Would there be an interest and possibility to make config_<worker>.ini return back to config.ini once the experiment is ended? Ideally, having this option as keep permanent/temporary would be great so users can choose whether to be one-experiment modification or longer.
Have you seen the “Advanced” menu when starting a job? That’s a way to temporarily edit the config for just that run. Are there specifics missing from that workflow?
