Shipment delays due to potential Canada Post Strike

Good afternoon,

I am looking to purchase sometimes from the pioreactor store and due to the time sensitive nature of my work I am concerned that they may be a major delay if the Canadian Postal Workers Union is to go on strike in the near future. I would inquire if there may be any measures that the pioreactor team would take to ensure my package arrives in a timely manner in the case of a likely strike.

I’m purchasing the peristaltic pumps, 1/8” OD 1/16” tubbing, self-healing plug, pumping platform and the GL45 media bottle cap with lure lock.

Furthermore, I am willing to pick up my order from the pioreactor office in Waterloo for greater convenience.

-Sincerely

This is a fair concern. However, we’ve switched our shipping services to UPS while Canada Post works out a contract, to avoid any problems for our customers. UPS is reliable, fast, and more expensive.

We’d love that! If your local, we can arrange a pick up. Feel free to email us at hello@pioreactor.com and we can provide some options for you.
