I am unsure if this is the right forum, but just passing by to showcase the work of some fellow researchers that I think it could be of interest here 
It is a sensor for T, CO₂ and H% for people working in solid state fermentation (originally thought for Koji fermentation). However, their platform can be integrated into Pio’s ecosystem for protocol optimisation and experiment design.
