Spectrometer Reading

So i was working on an old version (±10 versions earlier) and installed the spectrometer plugin. It got picked up and i could see it measuring.

Shortly after i upgraded the pioreactor to the latest version and now when i start the Spectrometer Reading it does state it starts as i tested this on the pioreactors that were not upgraded yet and there it gives an error

but no new readins appear on the graph or in the MQTT endpoint. Any idea what i do wrong?

Ok when turning on “Optical density” it starts recording the spectrometer reading not sure if this is as intended?

Hi @jasper, can you try the latest version, just released, 0.4.0? That should solve your issue.

Yes that seems to work now! Thanks! Also, there is no information about what the version is online of a plugin? I just uninstalled and installed the plugin and it got the latest version.

I haven’t found a good way to present the version in the UI aside from installing it. Glad it works!

No idea but maybe a button check for updates that then go check the tags at the repos to see if there is a diff? Not something to be needed automatically?
