Created two plugins available on the web interface and thought I would share it here!
Relay plugin
Use this to turn on or off any add-on you place in a given channel. These add-on’s can be anything (pumps, LEDs) – this plugin just supplies full power.
On your command line: pio install-plugin pioreactor-relay-plugin
LED calibration plugin
This plugin allows you to create a calibration curve for your LEDs using an external light probe. All you do is place a vial with your media into the Pioreactor, submerge your light probe, and start the plugin!
On your command line: pio install-plugin led-calibration-plugin
