I was shooting video instructions for the AEP02 setup yesterday and got a little confused. Given the pace of change of Pioreactor specs and kits, we wanted to tell people to follow the latest 40ml 1.5 assembly instructions and jump to the XR upgrade instructions at the appropriate point, but it proved to be not quite that simple…

I’m now wondering whether we should produce independent instructions, or is there a plan to produce instructions for people who buy the 1.5 and XR together but only want to build the XR?

Also might there be a lower waste option than shipping both - without risking the extra inventory of a third SKU?

I agree. There is a strong motivation for doing this: we are now selling kits with the XR already included. For now, rather than an entire new docs page, I’ve added links to the appropriate cut-over, see here: Connect the optics system | Pioreactor Docs

Thanks Cam - looks like I overcomplicated it in the heat of the shoot. I’ll reshoot with your redirection which greatly simplifies things.
