Hi, we’ve been building an increased volume pioreactor with additional capabilities for more sensors, based on the project posted about here: FlavorReactor (Pioreactor for larger volumes)
We are trying to set up some direct communication between the atlas monitoring software (Atlas IoT Monitoring Software | Atlas Scientific) and the pioreactor to automate some things based on readouts ideally, or even just getting them to show up in the pioreactor gui. They both use mqtt and sqlite so I think it should be possible but we havn’t gotten it to work yet. Does anyone have some suggestions?
I can post some logs for the scripts we are trying later. I’m away from the lab t the moment.
