How to solve the problem?
I also have a qustion about calibrations.
May I imput the calibrations rather than do it every time when I need to reflash the card for my pioreactor?
I always meet some problems when I after update the software.

Hi @Hongchang,

Can you check if your Pioreactor UI is on version 25.4.9? To check, visit the Updates page, and however over the text next to “Version installed on leader”.

If your UI is not 25.4.9, try updating again using the same process as before, and let me know if you see an error during the update.

If your UI is 25.4.9, visit your Inventory page, and check the “Model” section there. Is it empty?

May I imput the calibrations rather than do it every time when I need to reflash the card for my pioreactor?

Yes, you can download calibrations from the UI (or get the yamls from the folder ~/,pioreactor/storage/calibrations), and after reflashing, re-add them to the folder ~/,pioreactor/storage/calibrations.

Later we’ll have a better process for this!

Thank you for your reply.
My UI version 25.3.5.
I have see an error during the update.
21:43:57 update app Update failed. See logs.

Model Missing! Fix in the configuration file.

Can you post what the error is? Visit the Leader page, under Inventory, to see the error logs there.

Also, try SSH-ing in your leader, and running:

pio update ui --source /tmp/pioreactorui_archive.tar.gz

or

pio update ui --source /tmp/release_25.4.11/pioreactorui_25.4.9.tar.gz

to update your UI, too.

Thank you for your reply. I have updated UI. But I restart my experiment.

All of the activties are off. I can’t start any of them.

I also can’t see my bottle on my window.

Ah, now try the following on the Inventory page:

You should be able to start jobs, etc. after the Model field is populated.

I also can’t see my bottle on my window.

this will be resolved after you populate the Model on the Inventory page.

The update is supposed to automatically populate this “Model” field, but something is going wrong where it is not populating the first time correctly.

Thank you! All it works!
